The KVA Unit 17 Rice Paddy is published quarterly in January, April, July and October. Copies are distributed by regular mail and via the internet. All editorials are expressions of the Editor only, and not necessarily those of the Executive or the membership of KVA Unit 17. The Rice Paddy sometimes contains mature subject matter and reader discretion is advised. Letters to the Editor are welcomed. Regular KVA 17 monthly meetings are held at 12 noon on the last Thursday of each month at the Rockwood Unit No. 303 clubroom at 341 Wilton Avenue in Winnipeg, except for the April and October meetings, which are held at Canadian Forces Base Shilo. No regular monthly meetings are held in July, August or December. KVA Unit 17 is very grateful to Rockwood Unit for allowing it to use its facilities, and all members are encouraged to support the Rockwood Clubrooms by visiting them at any time, and not just during K.V.A. events. Members of KVA Unit are also encouraged to become members of Rockwood Unit 303. Annual membership fees for KVA Unit 17 are $ 25.00 and should be forwarded to the Secretary-Treasurer during December.
